Love this bag! I am a small-purse kind of person, but I needed a cross-body bag big enough for work items or for walking around while traveling. This is a well-made, durable, attractive, and very affordable bag. One of my favorite features is the separate front vertical zip pockets, one of which I used to stow my phone for quick access - but those pockets can hold much more than that as well. The fact that these are separate pockets, one on either side, makes them quick access pockets whether wearing the bag on the right or left shoulder or side. The tasseled zipper pulls are attractive and functional, making it easy to get into the pockets without looking. There’s a smaller horizontal zip pocket on the back of the bag, which also fits my phone (iPhone 12), but I didn’t use that one as much. Nice to know it’s there for additional quick access storage, though. The outer PLU material is attractive and supple, moving fluidly with use without folding or cracking. The handles are well-formed and sturdy but not too stiff, great for over arm or shoulder carrying. The cross-body strap is made of the same material, so it is comfortable even when the bag is loaded. The interior material has a satiny finish but does not snag with sharp objects. The two large inside compartments are separated by a zip pouch made of single-layer interior material. That pocket droops a bit because the zipper weighs more than the material, but I used it to store my passport and wallet, so I always knew where to look for those, and that drooping did nothing to hamper my use. The bag is vaguely formed on the bottom, so it hangs nicely when not full, but it forms nicely when full. For my latest work trip, I packed my bag each day with a work notebook, small toiletry bag, large water bottle, passport and wallet, and I still had plenty of room to fit bananas and a breakfast treat I found along the way. I could also fit a large British magazine (slightly larger than US 8.5x11), without folding or rolling it. This bag has endless uses and I’ll definitely be using it for anything from simple shopping mall jaunts to longer trips - maybe I’m finally becoming a bigger bag kind of gal?
